Return Policy

Returns


Returns must be made within 30 days of when the customer receives the product. Keep in mind that extra materials are handy for repairs, should you need them. You may return unopened, resalable items to any Floor and Decor Outlets of America, Inc store location. You must have a copy of your confirmation email/receipt with you to make a return in your local store location. However, there are some items that are non-returnable. Floor and Decor does not accept discontinued products or Floor and Decor Express purchases. (Please see below for Floor and Decor Express return policy). Used or opened tools, if verified to be defective, can be exchanged. Please call our Customer Care Specialists at 1-877-675-0002 on Mon-Fri from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time for authorization. If you are unable to return the product to one of our store locations, please call our Customer Care Specialists for authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for all original and return shipping costs. After Floor and Decor Outlets of America receives the product, please allow 36 hours to process the return. Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the product(s). Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Cancellations


Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our Customer Care Specialists immediately at 1-877-675-0002 on MonFri from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time. Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Floor and Decor of America will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Refused Orders


DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If your shipment arrives damaged, call our Call Center (877-675-0002) immediately for assistance with getting replacements send out to you. (Please see Damages Policy) If you refuse to accept an order, Floor and Decor of America will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Kitchen Cabinets


Kitchen cabinets are considered special order items and can not be returned.



Installed Merchandise

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Floor & Decor Outlets of America, Inc is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to validate the credentials, references, insurance, and certification before any work begins. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.



Floor and Decor Special Orders

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once tendered, all Floor and Decor Special Order sales are final, and non-returnable. Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged for identical product within 30 days of purchase. Order can be cancelled on same day or purchase only.



Floor and Decor Express Return Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once tendered, all Floor and Decor Express sales are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This applies to all returns, cancellations, and/or refusal of delivery. This fee will be assesed from the return amount. All Floor and Decor Express products must be returned in their entirety. No partial Floor and Decor Express returns will be accepted. For example, if 15 boxes were ordered, all 15 boxes must be returned. Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged for identical product within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellation (after 24 hours) or refusal of delivery will result in a 25% restocking fee.
