What’s not to love about this kitchen? The open layout is perfect for entertaining guests, and the amount of storage space is swoon-worthy. Sticking to the monochromatic color palette, Renae chose a decorative backsplash with gray and white color variations. The backsplash gives your eye a focal point amongst the predominately solid colors in the kitchen.

A closer look and you’ll see the intricate details with the subtle variation in the tile backsplash, unique graining on the hardwood floors, and pure white color in the countertops.

This bathroom is the definition of clean, simple, and sleek. Renae gives the subway tile a twist by laying it in a vertical brick pattern. With a primarily white room, Renae chose to add a blue subway tile in the middle of the shower for a hint of color.

Tan is another way to bring simplicity into your space when choosing a neutral palette. This bathroom features effortless and fresh colors, but the floor tile brings visual interest. The high variation in the porcelain tile that Renae chose brings a unique element to this bathroom.
