THEIR CHALLENGE & OUR SOLUTION
The Georgian Terrace, built in 1911, is a luxury Midtown Atlanta hotel that greets guests with elegant floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, and white marble columns. When Sotherly Hotels decided to remodel the hotel, refreshing its “modern classic” appeal, they turned to Floor & Decor Commercial. To retain the grandeur of this historic property, we were asked to provide a high volume of quality flooring and tile (all to spec with matching dye lots). Thanks to efficient logistics solutions, Floor & Decor Commercial delivered on time, to spec, and with a cost savings.

BATHROOMS
Over 62,600 square feet of marble tile was used on shower walls and floors, as well as bathroom floors that were accented by decorative tiled insets.

GUEST ROOMS
The guest rooms were fitted with over 210,000 square feet of laminate flooring over premium underlayment. The look was completed with coordinating molding.
