Floor & Decor is committed to working with you to address any potential product damage claim. Upon initial receipt of the shipment, inspect the pallet and packaging material for any indication of visible damage product(s). Notate any damage or missing product(s) on the POD (Proof of Delivery) provided by the driver.
If you purchased or picked up your order from the store (SB), you will need to contact the store directly for assistance. You can find your local store contact information HERE.
To continue this process for web orders, please provide the information requested:
1. Inspect all product within the shipment
2. Proof of delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery/ BOL)
3. Provide Order Number
4. Provide Phone Number
5. Pictures of the majority of product damaged (JPEG or PDF format)
a. Best Practices for photos: Wide shot of entire damages, clear close ups, multiple angles
6. Indicate amount total damages pieces/boxes
**Please inspect your entire order as we can only file one claim per order**
