PERMAGUARD Moisture Seal and Concrete Densifier internally seals concrete slabs to stop the passage of moisture making them safe to coat with PERMAGUARD protective garage coatings while simultaneously hardening and strengthening the underlying concrete slab. Safe to use in an easy to apply non-toxic zero VOC formulation.
