Here's how our price match works:

• Price drop after you buy? No problem. If the price goes down within 90 days, we'll refund the difference.
• Changed your mind? You’ve got 90 days to return your item — no hassle, no stress. See our return policy for details.
• See a comparable lower price? If you come across the same product at a lower price at another Floor & Decor store in the same metro area or at a competitor offering the identical item (same size, weight, color, quantity, etc.), just let us know and we’ll match the price.

A few things to know:

• Prices may vary between stores even within the same metro area. We’ll honor lower prices found locally, but clearance items don’t qualify.
• Clearance items are limited to inventory on hand and may sell out quickly; therefore, we don’t match prices on clearance.
• In addition, we don’t match price offers on:
• Third-party resellers, online marketplaces, and auction websites (like eBay, Amazon Marketplace)
• Used, refurbished, or pre owned items
• Closeouts, liquidations, subscriptions, or bundle offers
• Instant rebates, mail-in offers, shipping promotions, or offers that include or depend on financing or club memberships
• Limited quantity items or second quality items
• Pricing clubs, membership only pricing, or similar exclusive promotional programs
• If a lower price cannot be verified for any reason — such as when the competitor is not located in the same metro area, the product is not an identical match, the price advertisement cannot be substantiated, contains a typographical error, or for any similar reason—the request may be declined.
