Exclusive to Floor and Decor, Sentinel Protect Plus Underlayment is premium underlayment designed specifically to be used with attached pad laminate, vinyl, & rigid core flooring.

  • SOUND REDUCTION: Reduces sound transfer, making the floor quieter in the home
  • MOISTURE PROTECTION: Helps prevent mold, mildew, and other issues related to vapor transmission
  • THERMAL BARRIER: Decreases both heat and cold transfer through the floor by as much as 15%, leaving a warmer floor in the winter and cooler floor during the summer
  • SOFTNESS UNDER FOOT: Increases the softness under foot but dense enough to support the locking system of the floor. Also helps to level any minor sub floor imperfections.
  • LIP AND TAPE: Makes for quick installation without any other materials needed
