Floor & Decor free design services are available by appointment, or you can walk in and meet with an available designer in our stores design center (walk in availability is first come, first serve).

To prepare for your design appointment, we recommend that you:

Take some pictures of your project space. This is helpful for the designer to understand your space layout and start getting some design ideas
Take measurements of your space. Even if they aren’t exact measurements, it’s a good starting point for the designer to build your quote
Bring pictures of your inspiration. Browse the Floor & Decor website for ideas, and use our website Visualizer to try out products in your space! Or save pictures from any other inspirational websites to have ready for your appointment so your designer can help you craft your dream space

When you arrive for your appointment, you will meet with one of our expert designers in the store design center. The initial meeting in the design center is to go over your project details and learn more about the product styles you are interested in, and then the appointment will move to the sales floor! With all our high-quality flooring products displayed in the store, you can easily visualize your new space and select the perfect flooring and decorative tile options for your project.

Your designer will help you build out your project to make sure that you have everything you need including: the right setting materials, the perfect grout colors, vanities, lights, mirrors, and all the perfect finishing touches. Whether you are ready to make your purchase same day or need a little more time, our designers are here to help. Your designer will help you to select samples to take home, provide you with a project quote, use visualization tools, and provide all information for financing, installation, and more!
