Laticrete NXT Level Flow is a value-engineered, high-performing self-leveling underlayment designed for smoothing interior concrete surfaces. Its high-flow formula offers excellent coverage and is easy to apply by hand or pump. Compatible with moisture levels up to 100% RH, it provides a flat, durable surface ready for most finished flooring in just 24 hours.

  • Low-viscosity mix makes it easy to apply and use
  • Type "LAT": Tested to ANSI/UL 263 (ASTM E119) & ASTM E84 standards
  • Smooths rough concrete substrates to create a flat, even surface
  • Pourable and pumpable for use in both small and large applications
  • Can be applied over concrete with up to 100% RH per ASTM F2170, minimizing downtime
  • Can be applied from 1/8" to 2" (3mm to 51mm) and tapered to zero at edges
  • Inorganic composition will not promote mold or mildew growth
  • Provides a suitable surface for most finished floor coverings after 24 hours
