California Information Sharing Disclosure

California Civil Code 1798.115(c), 1798.130(a)(5)(c), 1798.130(c), and 1798.140 indicates that companies should disclose whether the following categories of information are collected, transferred for consideration, or transferred for an organization’s “business purpose” as those terms are defined under California law. We do not “sell” your personal information (or personal information about any consumers including minors). We do not “share” personal information about employees, job applicants, or contractors for behavioral advertising purposes. You can find a list of the categories of information that we collect and share about job applicants, employees or contractors below.

Note that while a category may be marked that does not necessarily mean that we have information in that category about you. For example, while we transfer bank account numbers for our business purpose in paying our employees (e.g., direct deposit) we do not collect or transfer bank account numbers of individuals that submit questions through our website’s “contact us” page. In addition to the below, we may disclose information when requested to government entities, auditors, lawyers, consultants, and other parties as required by law concerning any category (e.g., in response to a subpoena).

CALIFORNIA SENSITIVE INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

We may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information (as defined under California law) about our customers: account-log-in and password (relating to accounts that you have with us), debit card and/or credit card number, Driver’s License Number, and precise location.

We may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information (as defined under California law) about job applicants: government identification, account log-in and password, racial or ethnic origin, contents of mail, email or text messages (sent to employee work accounts), and health-related information.

The above information is collected in order to process transactions, comply with laws, manage our business, or provide you with services. Note that we do not use such information for any purposes that are not identified within the California Privacy Rights Act Section 1798.121. We do not “sell” or “share” sensitive personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
