Mapei Grout Maximizer Additive for Sanded Grout is a premium, neutral-pH, fluoro-based liquid polymer admixture designed to enhance the performance of Keracolor® S Sanded Grout and Keracolor® U Unsanded Grout. Used in place of water during mixing, it improves stain resistance, grout hardness, and color consistency while eliminating the need for sealing after installation.

  • Maximizes resistance to water, dirt, and oil-based stains

  • Reduces water absorption and shrinkage
  • Enhances flexural and compressive strength
