What does Vetta Elements Residential Limited Warranty cover and exclude?

Stonepeak warrants that Vetta Elements residential tile products meet or exceed performance specifications for as long as the original homeowner owns the home. This warranty covers latent manufacturing defects and the manufacturer provides either a refund of the purchase price or a comparable replacement of defective tiles (subject to availability). This warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, or replacement costs. It also excludes damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, structural movement, or improper care. Natural wear, scratches, chips, and variations in color, veining, or finish are not considered defects and are therefore not covered. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying a potential defect and must include supporting documentation. This warranty is non-transferable.
