Laticrete 252 Silver White is an economical, polymermodified thin-set mortar designed for reliable performance on a wide variety of tile installations. This easy-to-mix formula is suitable for both interior and exterior floors and walls, offering strong adhesion with excellent coverage.

  • Ideal for both interior and exterior floor and wall tile applications
  • Exceeds ANSIA118.4 shear bond strength requirements for durable installations
  • Bonds effectively to most substrates including concrete, cement backer board, exterior glue plywood (interior only), gypsum board, masonry, and properly prepared vinyl
  • Premixed bagged powder—simply add water, no on-site blending required
  • Covers approximately 60–70 ft² per 50lb bag with 1/4″×3/8″ trowel, or 80–95ft² with 1/4″×1/4″ trowel
  • Available in white (also offered in grey), packaged in moisture-resistant plastic bags for longer shelf life
  • GREENGUARD certified and contributes to LEED v4.1 lowVOC credits
