There are six types of shower doors designed to work in a variety of bathroom settings. For tight spaces, consider single sliding or dual sliding doors that slide on a track or a screen door that is stationary. Larger spaces give you the option to use a shower enclosure, or hinged or pivot doors, that require space to swing open.
Shower doors are available in multiple heights: 58" for tub mounting and up to 76" for floor mounting. Widths vary from 28" to 68". Select styles of Dreamline shower doors have a custom adjustment system that allows you to adjust the mounting hardware on either side during installation. This system may allow up to a couple of inches of width adjustment, depending on the door, making it easier to achieve a perfect fit.
