Does Floor & Decor have a Tax Exemption program?

Yes! Floor & Decor proudly supports tax-exempt purchases for qualified customers through our F&D Tax Exemption Program. You can now register and shop tax-exempt both in-store and online. To register, visit your nearest Floor & Decor store and provide the required tax exemption documentation to an associate. If visiting a store isn’t convenient, you can also register remotely by contacting our Customer Care team at [email protected] or 404-720-9120 to submit your documentation and complete your registration. Once your exemption is approved, typically within 24 to 48 hours, your tax-exempt status will apply to all eligible purchases in the state(s) where your exemption is registered. This includes purchases made online and in-store. Please note that tax is based on the final destination of your order. If your product is picked up or shipped to a state where you're not currently registered as tax-exempt, sales tax will be charged. If needed, you can register your organization in multiple states by submitting valid exemption documentation for each.
