How is my product delivered?

Due to the heavy weight and fragile nature of our products, most deliveries will be made with a semi-truck. If you live in an area that is not accessible to a semi-truck (steep and/or gravel driveway, cul-de-sac, gated neighborhood, low hanging trees, limited space for driver to park semi-truck, etc.)  please contact Customer Care Center at 1-877-675-0002 for additional assistance.
