How are wear layers measured?

Vinyl plank wear layers are measured in mils which is different than millimeters (mm). To confirm the wear layer thickness of your selected product, please check the specifications chart on the product page. Note: Some products do not have a traditional wear layer and instead have highly effective finishes or coatings for maximum protection against wear, stains, and damages.
